– To make a reservation, you will need to provide us with some necessary personal data so that upon your arrival the identity can be made based on the information you will present. For this reason it is important that the personal details of the reservation concern the person who will be staying in the room, who must be over 18 years old. In the event that you make a reservation for a third party and the details you provide relate to a person who will not be in the room at check-in, it will be necessary to inform us of the details of the person who is expected to stay under the specific booking name.
– The personal data including the contact details that you will provide during your reservation should be accurate and real, these details remain strictly confidential, while in case of change you are requested to inform them so that we can contact you for anything necessary in relation to your booking and to inform you about the terms and policy applicable to your booking. If the information you have provided is not accurate and as a result we cannot be contacted, we are not responsible for not informing you of regulations and policies that may affect the validity of your reservation or its possible loss due to your non-compliance with actions that may be required to maintain the reservation.
– A reservation is only valid if its confirmation is received which will state the definitive commitment of the offered room and describe the exact dates, the number of guests, the price of stay and the payment and cancellation policy. An offer of accommodation or a temporary reservation of dates is not a reservation unless it is accompanied by an express reference to a reservation of the room.
– In the event that there is a difference on your part from the original reservation information for which you received a relevant confirmation (different arrival / departure dates, different number of people staying in the room), you have the obligation to inform us in time so that we can proceed with the necessary modifications – if it is possible and we agree. We are not obliged to confirm any change of dates if there is no availability to do so or if the booking policy does not allow it. We also reserve the right to refuse to provide accommodation services if the number of people arriving is greater than the stated number of people in the reservation confirmed when contacting us and exceeds the stated maximum room capacity of the confirmed reservation.
– Failure to comply with the policies received by email regarding the pre-confirmation deposit or payment of your reservation within the stipulated period, may result in the cancellation of the reservation without notice from us.
– The check in time on the day of your arrival is from 15:00 pm. and the check out time on the day of your departure is until 11:00am. . Further delay will be charged.
– Possibility to check in earlier than 15:00 p.m. or check out later than 11:00 a.m. can only be done by appointment and subject to availability. In case of departure from the room later than the specified time, an additional charge will be applied depending on the time of departure, namely 50% of the overnight cost for check out until 18:00 pm. and the full amount of overnight stay for departure after 18:00 pm..
We inform you that:
– The accommodation of external guests is prohibited for any reason. If the above is noticed during your stay, we reserve every right to refuse your accommodation and stay services. In addition, an additional charge will be applied, namely 50% of the cost of the overnight stay.
– It is forbidden to accommodate more people than the agreed or the maximum number of people expressly stated for the room for any reason. If, during your stay, the above offense is noticed, we reserve every right to refuse your accommodation and stay services. In addition, an additional charge will be applied, namely 50% of the overnight stay cost for each additional person.
– Pets are not allowed. We reserve every right to refuse accommodation and stay services if, upon your arrival or your presence at our facilities, you have a pet with you and we have not been informed and given our prior consent. No accommodation, shading or housing for animals is available outside. Any damage or disturbance to neighboring houses caused by a pet is the sole responsibility of the pet owner.
– Smoking is prohibited in all interior areas of the room. If during your stay it is noticed that you are smoking inside the room, we reserve the right to charge you for the cost of cleaning the room as well as the cost that will arise as damage to the facilities from the inability to accommodate guests for the duration of the cleaning from residues and the resulting smells.
– In the event that you forget objects, valuables or anything during your stay at our accommodation, you should inform us immediately by phone about their return, if they have been found. If lost, valuables or other items are returned to you, shipping or courier costs are solely your responsibility.
– In the event of theft or damage to items in the apartment, you are charged 100% of the item’s value.
– In the event that the apartment key and/or card is lost, you will be charged 100% of their value.
