  • To complete your booking, we require certain essential personal data. This ensures your identification upon arrival, based on the information you provide.
    It is important that the name on the reservation belongs to the person who will stay at the accommodation. This person must be at least 18 years old.
    If you are booking on behalf of a third party, please inform us in advance of the details of the person who will be staying under the given reservation name.

  • The personal data, including contact details you provide during booking, must be accurate and truthful. This information remains strictly confidential.
    If any changes occur, please notify us so that we can contact you if needed regarding your reservation and inform you about applicable terms and policies.
    If the data you provided is inaccurate and we cannot contact you, we bear no responsibility for any failure to notify you about regulations or policies that may affect your booking validity or potential loss of the reservation due to non-compliance with necessary actions.

  • A reservation is valid only once you receive a confirmation, which states the definite commitment for the offered room. The confirmation includes exact stay dates, number of guests, price, as well as payment and cancellation policies.
    Please note that an offer or a provisional date hold does not constitute a reservation unless accompanied by explicit booking confirmation.

  • In case of any changes to your original booking details, please inform us promptly. This includes changes in arrival/departure dates or number of guests. We will check if the modification is possible, subject to availability and mutual agreement.
    Please note that we are not obliged to confirm date changes without availability or if booking policies do not allow it.
    We also reserve the right to refuse accommodation if the number of guests arriving exceeds that stated in the confirmed reservation, or if the room’s maximum capacity is exceeded.

  • For renting the accommodation and confirming your reservation, it is important to follow the policies sent to you by email. Failure to comply with deposit or full payment instructions within the specified deadline may result in automatic cancellation of the reservation. Note that in such a case, we are not obliged to notify you again about the cancellation.

  • Check-in time on the day of arrival is from 15:00. Check-out time on the day of departure is until 11:00. Late check-out may incur additional charges according to our terms.

  • Early check-in before 15:00 or late check-out after 11:00 is only possible upon prior arrangement and subject to availability. For departures after the scheduled time, additional charges apply:
    • 50% of the overnight stay cost for check-out until 18:00
    • 100% of the overnight stay cost for check-out after 18:00

Important Booking Policy Details

  • No outside visitors are allowed to stay for any reason. In case of violation, we reserve the right to refuse services and charge 50% of the nightly rate.

  • The number of guests must not exceed the agreed or maximum number specified for the room. If violated, we reserve the right to refuse services and charge 50% of the nightly rate per extra guest.

  • Pets are not allowed without prior notice and approval. Any damage or disturbance caused by pets to neighboring properties is the sole responsibility of the owner.

  • Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. If violated, you will be charged for cleaning costs and any damages caused by odors or residues.

  • If you forget any belongings or valuables, please notify us immediately by phone for their return. Shipping or courier costs will be your responsibility.

  • In case of theft or damage to the property’s items, you will be charged the full replacement value.

  • If you lose the room key or card, you will be charged 100% of their replacement cost.
